Our commercial scope of work consists of site development, mass grading and site utilities. We also assist in property maintenance such as water / sewer repairs to parking lot patching and full replacement.
Residential
San Marino’s specialty is residential projects from Single family homes to mass housing projects. We do full basement excavations which include installing water, sewer and sump lines, backfilling the basement foundation, rough and final grading.
Trucking
San Marino has a fleet of trucks ranging from 7 yard dump trucks to 42 yard gravel trains. We have the capability to haul individual loads to homeowners and builders, as well as fulfilling orders of mass quantities of aggregates for redi-mix/asphalt plants.
Septic
San Marino installs anything from a standard septic field to large engineered septic fields. In addition, we specialize and are a certified installer of Advantex Septic Systems.
